At this time, parking is limited to street parking near the clinic. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes before your appointment to find parking.

Most sessions last between 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the service you choose and your treatment needs.

No, you may undress to your comfort level. Therapists use professional draping techniques to ensure that only the area being treated is exposed, maintaining your privacy and comfort throughout the session.

Massage therapy should not be painful. However, certain therapeutic or deep tissue techniques may cause mild discomfort when addressing tight muscles. Always communicate with your therapist if you would like more or less pressure.

The frequency of treatments depends on your individual needs. Clients experiencing pain or tension may benefit from weekly sessions, while monthly treatments are often recommended for general wellness and maintenance.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us accommodate other clients and avoid cancellation fees.
